EINŠTEINS is the largest driving school in Latvia with a wide network of branches and a modern car fleet. In order to increase competitiveness and automate processes, the driving school needed to organize its IT infrastructure. We conducted an IT audit, during which we obtained valuable data that helped us develop and test a system prototype. During development, we aligned business needs and usability. We created an IT strategy, based on which we developed:

• IT system:
  • Student platform:
    • E-learning;
    • Ability to apply for/refuse driving lessons;
    • Ability to see driving ratings;
  • Instructor platform – instructors are provided with the opportunity to define the work schedule, as well as the opportunity to see the daily plan and driving history of students;
  • Administration platform – the possibility to administer all students, instructors, cars is provided. Automatic reminders, customer CRM and other functionality were introduced.
  • Reporting system – it is possible to see important reports for the driving school.
• E-commerce website:
  • Marketing tools are built in;
  • Potential students can see all current information about available classes and can book a class;
  • The ability to see all instructors and costs is provided;
  • A driving school cost calculator has been developed

• In 2022, the Platinum Mouse award received in the category Digital Transformation of the Company.
