Project description

TSC is a subsidiary of Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA, which performs repair and warranty service of mobile phones, tablets and computers. In order to automate the work and reduce the time spent on the road for customers, a solution was developed that gives customers the opportunity to report a service case remotely and send the damaged device by courier or via a parcel machine. The device is diagnosed and the customer is informed of a warranty case or additional costs. In case of additional costs, the customer has the option to pay online for service work. After a successful repair, the customer can receive the device back by courier, in a parcel machine or in one of the branches of LMT.


  • Customers have the opportunity to send the damaged device at a time and in a way convenient for them, without wasting time on the way to the branch;
  • Work in branches is facilitated, processes are automated.
